SolarEdge inverters do not have an MPP tracker and have 2 inputs for SolarEdge panel optimizers. Thanks to the fixed voltage technology, the SolarEdge inverter always operates in the optimal input voltage range regardless of the number of panels and strings. The performance data from each PV panel optimizer is transmitted to the inverter and can be visualized via the internet on the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal. SolarEdge inverters come with a standard 12-year warranty, confirming their quality.
Commissioning the inverter is quick and easy with the SolarEdge app on your smartphone. In addition, the SE3K - SE5K-RWB inverters now operate with just eight or nine optimizers.
