SolarEdge inverters do not have an MPP tracker, but inputs for SolarEdge panel optimizers. With fixed voltage technology, the SolarEdge inverter always operates in the optimal input voltage range and independently of the number of panels and strings. By stringing, the power data from each individual PV panel optimizer is transmitted to the SolarEdge inverter and can be visualized on the SolarEdge Monitoring Portal.
The new SolarEdge M4 series inverters are without display. You can quickly and easily commission the inverter using the SolarEdge app on your smartphone.
The SolarEdge inverters come with a 12-year standard warranty, confirming their quality.
