The Sungrow COM100E (Smart Communication Box) includes the Logger1000B. The Logger1000B is the heart of the communication box and supports RS485, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity. However, 4G mobile internet connectivity is not supported. The box includes a built-in server for monitoring (monitoring) and configuration of the PV plant. In addition, it is equipped with an AC switch, surge protector, air switch and night lighting support.

A rugged polycarbonate (PC) enclosure protects all hardware from harsh weather conditions. As a result, the COM100E is IP66 rated, making it rain, snow and dust resistant. This degree of protection allows it to be mounted on the wall from the outside or inside.
